1. Return/Exchange/Refund Process

  • Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items: If your product is defective, misprinted, or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 14 days of purchasing your order. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue by offering either a replacement or refund.
  • Returns for Other Reasons: We generally do not accept returns for non-defective products. However, we may consider size exchanges or returns in special cases (at your expense). Please contact us first to discuss your options.
  • Refunds or Store Credit: If a product is eligible for return, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your preference.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be in new, unused condition and with any original packaging (if applicable).
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of defect or error in production.

3. Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to their nature, such as:

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., face masks, underwear).
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom prints, names, or designs).
  • Products with expiration dates or used/opened goods.

4. Handling Returns through Third-Party Fulfillment (Printful & Other Vendors)

As we work with third-party vendors like Printful, the return process will follow the guidelines set by the vendor:

  • For defective or incorrect items, Printful (or other fulfillment partners) will process the return, and we will guide you through the steps to return the item.
  • Return Address: If needed, please use the return address provided by Printful (or another fulfillment partner).
