- Returns for Other Reasons: We generally do not accept returns for non-defective products. However, we may consider size exchanges or returns in special cases (at your expense). Please contact us first to discuss your options.
- Refunds or Store Credit: If a product is eligible for return, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet the following criteria:
- Products must be in new, unused condition and with any original packaging (if applicable).
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of defect or error in production.
3. Exceptions
Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to their nature, such as:
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., face masks, underwear).
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom prints, names, or designs).
- Products with expiration dates or used/opened goods.

4. Handling Returns through Third-Party Fulfillment (Printful & Other Vendors)
As we work with third-party vendors like Printful, the return process will follow the guidelines set by the vendor:
- For defective or incorrect items, Printful (or other fulfillment partners) will process the return, and we will guide you through the steps to return the item.
- Return Address: If needed, please use the return address provided by Printful (or another fulfillment partner).
