Pet Sitting Internationally and Domestically
I absolutely love house and pet sitting as it allows me to travel to new places, meet wonderful people, and spend quality time with fantastic pets. Each assignment offers a unique opportunity to explore different neighborhoods and communities while forming meaningful connections with both hosts, their furry companions and even the local community. Whether it’s taking a dog on a morning walk or caring for a cat, the experience adds a special dimension to my travels, making each destination feel like a home away from home.

Traveling in Mexico
During my almost two years of traveling, backpacking (and being stationary for a time) through Mexico, I had the unique opportunity to immerse myself in the culture. I lived in an apartment (casita) and embarked on house and pet-sitting adventures all across the country. My journey took me from San Miguel de Allende to the bustling Mexico City.
I explored the Lake Chapala & Ajijic area and stayed there for over a year as my home base, relaxed in Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, and enjoyed the lively atmosphere of Sayulita before heading over to backpack down the eastern portion of the country – Cancun to Bacalar to Merida and Playa. Each city, including Mazatlan, Comala, Puebla, and Tulum, offered its own distinct experiences, making my time in Mexico memorable. Read more about the journey!
